If you need it, we are here to help maximise your output from the Enquir3 Audit and 'Client Satisfaction Interviews' (CSI). We know that all businesses are different and there isn't a 'fit all' solution, so we work with each individual business owner to create a customized process that works for them.

The following services can also be provided;

Conduct the 'Client Satisfaction Interview' - most of which result in a testimonial Send a small personalised gift from the MD to selected clients to say 'thank you' Send an email to the client from the MD saying they would like to publish, giving the option of opting out
Create a 'Company Reply' that can be added to their website (and other sites where their testimonials are displayed) Use the testimonial to create and post social media content e.g. Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook Send a follow up email from the MD to their clients to make them aware that their words have been posted online with relevant links

  • Confirm the client is happy and that they received the emails and the gift – say a personal thank you on behalf of the MD.
  • Ask them to post their testimonial on other review sites, e.g. Trust Pilot, other…  (actual sites will vary over time; we will look to spread the good news for SEO purposes.
  • Request referrals and explore any cross sales opportunity.
  • Seek to engage the client and persuade them to pro-actively market our clients offering to their client base.
  • Follow up the introduction in the email to try to persuade their client to meet with someone from Enquir3
